左侧胸壁冬眠瘤18F-FDG PET/CT显像一例 被引量：3

摘要 冬眠瘤是一种极为少见的良性软组织肿瘤,往往缺乏特异性的临床及影像学表现,术前确诊困难,常误诊为脂肪瘤或脂肪肉瘤等。本文回顾性分析1例经手术病理证实的左侧胸壁冬眠瘤的PET/CT显像及临床资料,并结合文献对该病进行复习,旨在提高冬眠瘤的诊断水平。1病例简介患者,女,46岁。因'体检发现左肺结节'于2016年2月23日入院。患者于1年前体检时提示左侧胸壁胸膜结节性病变可能,
