固定义齿与活动义齿修复牙列缺损临床疗效观察

Clinical effects of fixed partial denture and removable denture on the treatment of dentition defect

目的比较固定义齿与活动义齿修复牙列缺损的临床疗效。方法选取西安市第九医院口腔科2014年2月至2015年12月112例牙列缺损患者为对象以数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组56例,观察组给予固定义齿修复,对照组给予活动义齿修复,比较两组患者佩戴义齿4个月后的语言功能、固定功能和咀嚼功能的恢复情况,舒适、美观、方便等佩戴感觉以及治疗周期、治疗过程、治疗费用方面的满意度。结果佩戴义齿4个月后,观察组与对照组患者的语言功能评分分别为(4.5±0.5)分、(4.4±0.4)分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者的固定功能与咀嚼功能评分分别为(3.8±0.6)分、(4.1±0.7)分,均明显优于对照组的(2.9±0.7)分、(3.5±0.6)分,美观程度、舒适程度、方便程度评分分别为(3.9±0.6)分、(4.2±0.7)分、(3.9±0.7)分,均明显优于对照组的(2.8±0.5)分、(3.4±0.6)分、(3.0±0.6)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);但两组患者的治疗周期、治疗过程、治疗费用、总体满意度评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论固定义齿修复牙列缺损疗效较好,患者佩戴舒适,外形美观,使用方便,修复效果佳,易于接受。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of fixed partial denture and removable denture repair for dentition defect. Methods A total of 112 patients with dentition defect, who admitted to Department of Stomatology of the Ninth Hospital of Xi'an City from February 2014 to December 2015, were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=56) and the control group(n=56) according to the random number table. The observation group was treated with fixed partial denture, and the control group was treated with removable denture. Then the recovery of language function, fixed function and chewing function, and wearing feeling such as comfort, beauty, convenience, and patients' satisfaction of treatment cycle, treatment process, the cost of treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After 4 months of wearing denture, there was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in language function(4.5±0.5) vs(4.4±0.4), P>0.05. The fixed function, chewing function score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,(3.8±0.6) vs(2.9±0.7),(4.1±0.7)vs(3.5±0.6), respectively(P<0.05). The scores of comfort, beauty, convenience in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,(3.9±0.6) vs(2.8±0.5),(4.2±0.7) vs(3.4±0.6),(3.9±0.7) vs(3.0±0.6), respectively(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in score of patients' satisfaction of treatment cycle, treatment process, the cost of treatment and total satisfaction(P>0.05). Conclusion The fixed partial denture has satisfactory curative effect for the repair of dentition defect, which is easy to be accepted with good repair effect, beautiful appearance and convenience.
