宝鸡地区无偿献血人群Rh(D)阴性血型分布调查

Investigation of the distribution of Rh(D) negative group among unpaid blood donors in Baoji region

目的了解宝鸡地区无偿献血人群Rh(D)阴性血型分布情况,进一步完善稀有血型献血者数据库,保障Rh(D)阴性血液的临床供应。方法对宝鸡地区2005-2014年377 485名无偿献血者进行Rh(D)阴性血型筛选,初筛阴性标本进行确认并分析Rh(D)献血者分布情况。结果 377 485名无偿献血者中最终确认Rh(D)阴性1 074例,占0.29%,其中B型(31.01%)>O型(30.07%)>A型(28.03%)>AB型(10.89%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);男性占56.24%,女性占43.76%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);年龄以18~42岁为主,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);表现型分布特征为:ccdee(52.05%)>Ccdee(26.81%)>ccd Ee(11.45%)>CCdee(5.12%)>Ccd Ee(3.35%)>Ccd EE(0.47%)>ccd EE(0.37%)>CCd Ee(0.19%)=CCd EE(0.19%),Rh(D)阴性表现型和ABO血型无关联性。结论宝鸡地区无偿献血人群Rh(D)阴性检出率为0.29%;筛选出的阴性以ccdee和Ccdee两种表现型为主;AB型Rh阴性占比较少。

Objective To investigate the distribution of Rh(D) negative group among unpaid blood donors in Baoji region, to further improve the database of rare blood donors, and to ensure the supply of Rh(D) negative blood for clinical purposes. Methods From 2005 to 2014, Rh(D) negative blood group was selected from 377 485 unpaid blood donors and the initial screening negative samples were confirmed and analyzed for the distribution of Rh(D) donors. Results A total of 1 074 cases(0.29%) of Rh(D) negative were confirmed from 377 485 unpaid blood participants, with B type(31.01%)>O type(30.07%)> A type(28.03%)>AB type(10.89%), and the differences of different blood types were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference between men(56.24%) and women(43.76%), P>0.05. Most Rh(D) negative unpaid blood donors were aged 18~42 years, and there was no statistically significant difference among different ages(P>0.05). Phenotype distribution characteristics were as follows: ccdee(52.05%), Ccdee(26.81%), ccd Ee(11.45%), CCdee(5.12%), Ccd Ee(3.35%), Ccd EE(0.47%),ccd EE(0.37%), CCd Ee(0.19%), CCd EE(0.19%). Rh(D) negative phenotype and ABO blood group had no correlation. Conclusion Rh(D) negative detection rate in Baoji region of unpaid blood donation population is 0.29%. Ccdee and Ccdee are two main phenotypes in the selected negative blood types, while AB Rh negative accounts for less.
