An Analysis on the Ethnic Problem in Chechnya

环境变迁使车臣民族成为俄罗斯一个桀骜不驯的成员 ;民族分离主义、国际恐怖主义和宗教极端主义是车臣动乱的根源 ;在第二次车臣战争及“9·1 1”事件之后 ,俄联邦政府已经具备了有利于加强国家主权的解决车臣问题的条件 。

The changing of circumstances has made the Chechen an unruly ethnic group in Russia. Ethnic separatism, international terrorism and religious extremism made up the source of the turmoil in Chechnya. After the second Chechen war and the Event of September 11, there emerged advantageous conditions for the federal government of Russia to strengthen the state sovereignty and solve the Chechen problem. Nevertheless, it still has a long way to go to solve the problem thoroughly.
