以人为本的高校学籍管理制度探析

Exploration on the College Student Status Management Based on the Peopleoriented Principle

2005年,教育部颁布了《普通高等学校学生管理规定》,该文件要求高校学生管理工作需遵循"以人为本、育人为本"的原则。因此,以人为本的高校学籍管理既是落实高校人本理念的具体表现,也是高等教育大众化、法制化的根本要求。本文作者从目前高校学籍管理现状出发,剖析了当前学籍管理工作中存在的一些不足,提出了"以人为本"管理原则下的高校学生权利救济途径和创新学生考评的相关办法。通过这些探析,以期进一步完善学籍管理办法,为构建隐性的育人环境提供参考。

In 2005, Ministry of Education has issued the college student management regulation, which requires for people-oriented principle in the college student management. Therefore the people-oriented principle not only reflects the concept of humanistic philosophy in college management, but also the fundamental requirement of popularization and legislation of higher education. Based on the status quo of college student status management, the paper analyzes the deficiency of college student status management, and proposes right remedy approach and student evaluation innovation method under the people-oriented principle. Through the analysis, it is in hope for improving the regulation of college student status management, so as to provide reference for constructing recessive education environment.
