制定高职商务英语专业跨境电商创新创业人才培养方案,需要进行专业人才需求调研。在人才培养过程中,开展基于项目教学、翻转课堂、校企合作、课内外融合的教学改革,改革课程的考核方式,注重过程考核,引导学生重视各门课程的学习效果,鼓励学生个性化发展。重视教学团队建设,委派教师到跨境电商企业担任跨境电子商务运营专员,以适应专业教学改革的需要。

It is sure that before formulating a training program for cross-border e-commerce innovative and entrepreneurial talents,it is necessary to conduct a survey on the demand of talents.There is no doubt that the combination of theory and practice should be emphasized when it involves in some aspects of curriculum.During the process of talent cultivation,teaching reform is based on project teaching,flipped classroom,and cooperation between colleges and enterprises.Therefore,it is essential to reform the assessment methods of courses,pays attention to the process assessment,and guide students to attach importance to the learning effect of each course.The purpose is to encourage students to develop on their own.Similarly,teachers should act as the operation specialist of cross-border ecommerce so as to meet thedemandss of teaching reform.
