It is certain that helping college students to correctly identify'campus loans'is one of the colleges’ primary tasks.Similarly,colleges should manage'campus loan'related affairs.Based on full preparation and experiment of social reality,it is quite clear that the identification ability and characteristics of the student’s'campus loan'are objectively demonstrated in the two levels of legitimacy and rationality.Therefore,the paper tries to point out the direction for the management of'campus loan'in the future.
