混合所有制高职院校的资产要正常运行,必须组建相应的资产运营管理机构。一般来说,对资产的运营与管理,由股东会来完成。本研究的架构包括:混合所有制高职院校国有资产股东的成因与特点、现行高职院校国有资产的管理体制、混合所有制高职院校国有资产股东权责实现的困境,以及混合所有制高职院校国有资产股东应该由谁委派,我国混合所有制高职院校国有资产股东委派的途径探析。研究的方法主要有,逻辑分析法和实证研究法。
