Probe into Cultivating Cross-border E-commerce Talents in Vocational Colleges under the background of “Belt and Road”

伴随着全球化经济一体的发展、国家"一带一路"倡议的影响和人民生活消费水平的不断提升,跨境电商快速发展,涌现出一大批跨境电商企业。由于跨境电商涉及领域多,专业复合性高,对人才综合素质要求比较高,造成跨境电商人才紧缺,从跨境电商人才现状出发,结合高职院校和企业实际,探讨高职院校跨境电商人才培养方法,为开设跨境电商专业的高职院校提供参考。

It is self-evident that with the development of globalized economic integration,there are more influence of the'Belt and Road'initiative and the continuous improvement of people’s living consumption level.There is no doubt that cross-border e-commerce has developed rapidly,and a large number of cross-border e-commerce enterprises have emerged accordingly.However,because cross-border e-commerce involves many fields and has high professional complexity,it requires highly comprehensive quality of talents,which results in a shortage of cross-border e-commerce talents.Therefore,the paper tries to explore the training methods of cross-border e-commerce talents in vocational colleges and combine with the actual situation of vocational colleges and enterprises.Hopefully,it might be helpful to the colleges which have set up cross-border e-commerce specialty.
