高职教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,是党的建设重要阵地。高职院校党建必须体现产教融合、校企合作等教育品类特点。为了确保高职教育正确的办学方向,提高高职教育内涵建设的质量,根据高职院校管理实际,完善高职院校党建的动员机制,建立与新时代党的建设要求相适应的党建绩效评价体系迫在眉睫。

It is quite clear that higher vocational education,as a crucial part of higher vocational education,serves as the frontline for the Party construction.The Party construction in colleges must reflect the characteristics of education,such as industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation.On the other hand,it is necessary to perfect the motivation mechanism of the Party construction in vocational colleges and establish a performance evaluation system according to the new requirements for the Party construction and management.
