人工智能新时代新闻传播的伦理失范审视

Study on Ethical Anomie of News Communication at artificial Intelligence Era

随着人工智能技术在社会各领域的广泛应用,经济社会中一些前所未有的新的变化正不断呈现,新闻传播领域有着明显体现。在人工智能新时代,信息技术的革新,新闻的传播呈现出素材整合、信息形成、传播媒介、传播形式及传播对象等方面的实时更新。与此同时,固有伦理秩序的滞后,凸显出其对当前新变化的不适应,在此种"冲突"的环境下,著作权利竞合、信息茧房、质量差异及信息失实和违法等失范情形暴露出来。立足于人工智能新时代新闻传播的特性,对伦理失范现象的原因做出解构,并从积极和消极的两个层面提出对现状的改进意见。

It is evident that with the wide application of artificial intelligence technology in various fields of society,some unprecedented new changes appear and there is an obvious embodiment in the field of newscommunication.Under era of artificial intelligence,the innovation of information technology and the dissemination of news show the renewal of material integration,information formation,media,forms and objects of communication.Meanwhile,the lag of the inherent ethical order shows that it is not suitable for the new changes.Therefore,under this circumstance,it is clear that copyright profits competing,the information cocoon house,the quality difference,the information untruthfulness and the illegal situation are exposed.Based on the characteristics of news communication under the era of artificial intelligence,the paper tries to deconstruct the causes of ethical anomieand put forward some suggestions on improvement countermeasures from positive and negative aspects.
