It is self-evident that private education is of great significance for meeting the people’s diverse educational needs.Also,it is clear that the private basic education in the central provinces is faced with challenges such as insufficient government support,outdated schooling concepts,slow institutional transformation,backward internationalization and serious lag in the cultivation of innovative talents.Therefore,it is essential to achieve the sustainable development of private basic education,which requires not only agood policy from the government,but also the need for actively utilizing policies.Similarly,it is necessary to take measures for promoting school management reform,rationally using market means,and enhancing the level of education informatization.Only in this way,can the private basic education provide high quality education services for the society.
