摘要
提升编制外幼儿教师的职业归属感,对于稳定幼儿教师队伍意义重大。编制外幼儿教师缺乏归属感的原因较多,社会地位低,常常有幼儿家长不理解;待遇较低,与在编教师差异较大;工作内容较为繁琐,情感投入不够;机会不均等,发展受限等。与此对应,要提升编制外幼儿教师的职业归属感,要加大正面宣传,营造良好的社会氛围;要改善其工资福利,稳定编制外幼儿教师队伍;要以人为本,实行民主管理;要加强培训,提升其职业发展空间。
It is of great significance to enhance the sense of professional belonging of preschool teachers outside the organization for the stabilization of preschool teachers.There are many reasons for the lack of sense of belonging of preschool teachers outside the establishment,such as low social status,often incomprehensible parents of preschool children,low salary,big difference from the compiled teachers,complicated work content,inadequate emotional input,unequal opportunities,limited development and so on.Correspondingly,we should enhance the sense of professional belonging of preschool teachers outside the establishment,increase positive publicity and create a good social atmosphere;improve their wages and welfare,stabilize the establishment of preschool teachers outside the organization;put people first and implement democratic management;and strengthen training to enhance their career development space.
