黄色游动放线菌新种的鉴定

Identification of Actinoplanes Flavus sp.nov.

从土壤中分离到14株游动放线菌属的菌株,其中8117菌株经形态、培养特征和生理生化特性的全面鉴定,与国内外已知游动放线菌属的种有显著的不同,确定为新种。根据其主要培养特征塞内菌丝为不同程度的黄色,定名为黄色游动放线菌新种(Actinoplanes flavussp.nov.)。

14 strains of Actinoplanes were isolated from collected soil samples.Am-ong them, the morphological, cultural characteristics,physiological and biochemical properties of strain 8117 were systematically studied.It differs from all known species of Actinoplanes, and is considered as a new species. This str-rain,according to its yellow substrate mycelium, is designated as Actinoplanes flavus sp.nov.
