摘要
微囊藻毒素Microcystin-LR,一种强烈的致癌剂,是蓝藻水华时产生的一种主要的藻毒素.本文研究了多根高压电极介质阻挡放电对该毒素的降解.从实验室培养的铜绿微囊藻中提取微囊藻毒素,经富集、纯化后于反相高效液相色谱对其分析检测.实验研究了峰值电压、频率、曝气量及电导率对介质阻挡放电降解微囊藻毒素的影响.研究表明:微囊藻毒素的去除率随峰值电压、频率、曝气量的增加而增大,但随电导率的增加而减小.
Microcystin-LR(MC-LR),a hepatotoxin,is the main kind of cyanobacterial blooms toxin.In this paper,the degradation of the MC-LR by dielectric barrier discharge(DBD) reactor with multi-group high voltage electrode is studied.MC-LR was extracted from Microcystic aeruginosa incubated in our laboratory, and detected by high performance liquid chromatography after it was enriched by C18 solid phase extraction.To check the effect of DBD reactor with multi-group high voltage electrode on the degradation of MC-LR,this paper investigated the effect of peak pulse voltage,pulse repetitive,the gas flow rate,and the solution conductivity in the wire-to-cylindrical in DBD reactor.An increasing of the peak pulse voltage,pulse repetitive and the gas flow rate,and the decreasing of the solution conductivity were benefit to degradation of MC-LR.
