摘要
印染废水具有水量大、有机污染物质量浓度高等特点.利用双极性高压脉冲电源引发的介质阻挡放电产生的非平衡等离子体降解偶氮染料苋菜红(AR27),研究了影响色度去除的因素,如初始质量浓度、电导率、放电频率等,得到了较好的处理效果.结果表明:在初始质量浓度50 mg/L、电导率2.5×103μS/m、曝气量0.6 m3/h、频率50 Hz、电压18 kV时,放电处理90 min,脱色率可达到91%.
The printing and dyeing waste water is difficult to treat,because of its characteristics,such as large water volume,high mass concentration.Acid Red 27(AR27) was removed by non-thermal plasma generated by DBD with bipolar pulse high voltage power supply as an example.Several factors that affect the discoloration efficiency of AR27 has been investigated,such as initial concentration,conductivity,discharge frequency and so on.The removal efficiency was 91% under the condition of initial concentration 50 mg/L,conductivity 2.5×103 μS/m,the gas flow rate 0.6 m3/h,pulse repetitive rate 50 Hz,applied voltage 18 kV with treatment for 90 min.
