摘要
全氟化碳(PFCS)是现代工业生产过程中排放的气态污染物质,它加剧全球温室效应,因而需要对PFCS有害气体进行有效的脱除.本文介绍了大气压下微波等离子体分解气体的新工艺,研究了微波等离子体的特性,并用微波等离子体进行了高浓度PFCS气体脱除实验.实验研究表明,微波功率增加时,分解效率快速增加,最高分解率可达99%以上,向等离子体系中加入O2和H2O可以有效地促进PFCS分解.该工艺分解率高,设备体积小,对高浓度PFCS有害气体分解是一种非常好的方法.
Perfluorocompounds(PFCS) are gaseous pollutants emitted from modern industries,they need to be removed effectively as they aggravate the earth's greenhouse effect.In this paper,a new technology of PFCS destruction by atmospheric-pressure microwave plasma is introduced.The removal efficiency of high concentration PFCS are investigated,the characteristics of microwave plasma is also studied.Results indicate that destruction efficiency is increased with the increasing of microwave power,the destruction and removal efficiency(DRE) of more than 99% was achieved,the destruction efficiency can be enhanced by adding O2 and H2O into the plasma system.This technology is higher efficiency and space-saving for destruction of high concentration PFCS.
