摘要
介绍了虚拟仪器的软硬件系统,初步设计了利用现有模块和LabVIEW来测量静电电阻和静电电压的虚拟仪器,从而使静电测试变得更容易、更灵活、更智能.
The paper introduces the software and hardware systems of the virtual instrument,and designs the virtual instrument on the static electricity test preliminarily,using the existing modules the powerful LabVIEW,so makes realization of the test easier and more flexible and more intelligent.
