摘要 研究了纳米填料表面处理工艺;探讨了交联剂的用量对纳米粒度的影响以及纳米粒度对高聚物结构和复合材料导电性能的影响;介绍了多种橡胶和塑料的共混体塑炼温度及塑炼时间对复合材料PTC效应的影响和提高材料PTC效应的稳定性方法及全面提高材料导电性能及力学性能的机理. The surface processing craft of the nano filler is studied.The influence of the dosage of crosslinking agent upon the degree of nano particles and the influence of the degree of nano particles on the structure of high polymers and the electrical conduct properties of the composite material are inquiried in.How the mastication time and mastication temperature of the mixture of various rubbers and plastics affect the PTC effect and how to improve the stability of the PTC effect are studied.How to raise the electrical conduct properties and mechanical properties of material completely is also introduced.
