摘要
文章分析了恩施州电源结构、负荷水平、水电开发、风电开发及电铁发展等情况,计算研究了恩施电网风电消纳能力、风电及电铁接入对恩施电网造成的影响、风电与电铁之间的交互影响等,并提出了相关措施和建议。
The paper introduces the Enshi electric development from electric power supply structure,load growth,hydraulic energy development,wind energy development,and electrified railway distribution.The wind power penetration limits in Enshi power grid,the influence of wind power and electrified railway connected to Enshi power grid and the inter-influence on wind power and electrified railway are analyzed through the calculation.Finally some suggestions and some improvement methods were proposed.
