摘要
本文针对某电厂低压转子叶片发现裂纹事件,通过宏观检查、化学成分、显微组织、力学性能等一系列方法对叶片裂纹形成机理进行分析。结果表明:叶片开裂性质为应力腐蚀开裂,叶片刃部的凹坑是裂纹起源点,边部碳化物沿晶析出、材质夹杂缺陷以及断口富集S等腐蚀物是裂纹形成的主要原因,叶片承受的沿纵向的拉应力加快了裂纹的扩展。
A low-pressure rotor blade cracks of some power plant was found,this paper use macroscopic examination,chemical composition,microstructure and mechanical properties to analyze the formation mechanism of the blade crack.The results show that:the cracking way of the blade is stress corrosion,the dent of blade edge is crack initiation point,precipitation of carbides along the grain boundary and enrichment of sulfide on defects are the main cause for crack formation,blade subjected to longitudinal tensile stress accelerated the crack propagation.
