为了加快智能电网建设,国家电网公司决定将电力用户用电信息采集系统列为建设的重点项目之一。由于湖北省用电信息采集系统的两项指标不太理想,需从系统运维与建设方面查找问题并采取措施以便提升应用指标、实现深化应用。

In order to speed up the construction of smart grid in China,the construction of power user electric energy data acquisition system is listed as one of the key projects by State Grid Corporation of China.Because two indexes of this acquisition system of Hubei are not ideal,it is very necessary to find out problems and take measures from the aspects of system construction and maintenance to improve indexes and deepen application.
