摘要 在电网建设过渡期内,较易发生220kV分区电网供电能力卡口问题,部分电网还可能同时出现短路水平超标且无可用控制手段的矛盾。本文结合襄阳电网的实例,提出了通过600 MW机组降压运行消除供电能力紧张、同时辅以相关厂站分母运行来实现降压机组送出和短路水平控制的综合措施,相关结论和建议具有较强的借鉴意义和参考价值。 In the transition period of power grid construction,power supply shortage in 220 kV district grids occurs constantly.In addition,it often concurs that short circuit current exceeds circuit breaker capacity without available control measures for some power grids.By case studies with Xiangyang Power Grid in State Grid of China,comprehensive measures are proposed,including 600 MW generator units reduced grid-connected voltage operation to ensure power supply,and busbars separated operation to control short circuit current and to connect the unit in reduced grid-connected voltage operation condition meanwhile.Conclusions and suggestions presented in this paper are valuable for actual reference.
