摘要
智能配电网是智能电网的重要一环,对其发展进行诊断分析有助于找出智能配电网发展过程中存在的问题,对于智能配电网规划有着重要的意义。本文根据智能配电网特点,遵循科学合理的体系构建原则,建立了包括电网规模、安全可靠水平、协调互动性、智能化水平等内容的智能配电网发展诊断体系,综合采用层次分析法和模糊评价法对智能配电网进行发展诊断分析,能够最大限度地削弱主观因素的影响,保证评价结果的客观性。以武汉配电网为例,通过对该市智能配电网近年来发展情况的分析,给出了武汉智能配电网发展状况诊断结果,并有针对性地提出了相应的发展规划建议。
Because smart distribution grid is an important part of smart grid,developing diagnosis work can help to find out the problems during distribution networ development,and thus it plays an important role in distribution network planning.Considering the characteristics of smart distribution gird and following the scientific and rational principles of system building,the smart distribution grid diagnosis system is constructed in the paper,the system is constructed with grid scale,safe reliability,coordinated interaction,intelligence,etc.And Analytic-Hierarchy-Process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used,it can minimize the influence of subjective factor and ensure the objectivity of evaluation results.At last,Wuhan distribution grid is taken as an example,according to the analysis of its development in recent years,the diagnosis result and development proposals for Wuhan smart distribution grid are put forward.
