摘要
介绍了一起由10kV线路故障引起智能变电站跳闸的事件,分析了保护装置和电子互感器的动作行为,论证了该事件中保护动作正确,电子互感器存在缺陷。
This paper introduces an accident about 110 kV smart substation trip caused by 10 kV transmission line,then analyzes the actions of relay protection and the electronic transformers.The actions of relay protection are proved correct and the electronic transformers are found to be defective.
