摘要
国电青山热电有限公司"上大压小"2×350 MW热电联产工程除灰渣系统工艺采用浓缩机及澄清池循环利用工艺,浓缩机是整个除灰渣系统中的重要设备,其灰渣水沉降效果的好坏直接影响到除灰渣设备的正常运行和灰渣排放及循环利用。2011年9月国电青山热电有限公司热电联产工程建成试运及新机组投产后,浓缩机经常性堵塞,满池灰渣堆积,池底排浆困难,检修维护工作量大,甚至不得不外排灰渣水,严重影响安全及环保经济运行。通过分析浓缩机现况并对沉降斜板进行改造换型,改造后实际运行情况良好,排浆均匀,池面未积淤灰泥,实践证明是成功的。
The ash-slag disposal system with thickener and settling pond recycling use technology of two 350 MW units in Guodian Qingshan Co-generation Co.,Ltd 'replacing the small generation units with large ones' project were introduced.The thickener is one of the important equipments and its sedeimentation performance directly affects the normal operation,ash emission and recycling use.The series of disadvantages,including ash blocking,poor drainage,large maitenance,occupation of land and the environment contaminated,has severly disrupted its safe,environment and economic operation.Based on this phenomenon,technical revamping puts in practice,raising economic benefit and safety operation of units.
