湖北电网安控一体化管理系统的建设与应用

Construction and Application of the Integrated Security-Stability Control Equipment Management System in Hubei Electric Power Grid

从湖北电网运行管理的实际需要出发,提出了基于智能电网调度支持平台(D5000)的一体化安控管理系统的功能框架和设计方案。通过该系统,实现了湖北电网安控装置运行状态和数据的实时查询,以及当值安控策略适用性评估和控制量不足告警等高级应用功能,提升了湖北电网调度运行的技术水平和稳定控制的管理水平。此外还提出了安控管理系统的后续功能拓展设想,以便更充分地挖掘系统资源,为类似系统的开发提供参考。

Combined with the actual need of operation management for Hubei Electric Power Grid,this paper proposes the function framework and design scheme of the integrated management system based on the smart grid dispatching support system(D5000)platform.The operation status and data of security-stability control equipment can be accessed by the management system in real-time.Meantime,the dispatcher and operation administrator can be armed with some advanced application functions,such as applicability evaluation of online control strategy and control quantity shortage alarm,etc.Both the technical level of dispatching operation and the management level of stability control are enhanced in Hubei Electric Power Grid.In addition,subsequent function expansion schemes of the management system are proposed for thorough data mining of the resources collected,which provide references for the development of similar systems.
