摘要 本文根据±800kV锦苏线线路参数及结构特点,对更换耐张塔单片550kN玻璃绝缘子的施工工艺进行了研究,研制了一套能够适应该线路且操作方便、安全稳定的专用耐张卡挂点金具及专用承力工具。同时,结合卡具形成整套的施工工艺流程,实现作业过程中的设备双保险,操作方便,可以安全稳定地适用于停电作业更换耐张杆塔单片550kN玻璃绝缘子,并在线路上得到广泛应用,取得了良好的效果。 Based on line parameters and structural characteristics of ±800kV Jin-Su transmission line,the construction technology of replacing single 550 kN glass insulator on strain tower is researched.A set of tools for the work is manufactured,including special strain suspending fittings and force bearing tools.Together with fixture a complete set of construction process is formed,the safety of equipments is guaranteed.The working process is operationally simple,it can be safely and reliably used for single 550 kN glass insulator replacement,and widely applied on transmission lines,which has achieved good results.
