摘要
随着负荷增长,湖北电网"十三五"期间电力缺口进一步加大,而特高压输入区外电力或"蒙西-华中"重载铁路自建电源两种建设方案及时序不明朗,给湖北500kV电网规划带来较大的挑战,本文探讨了不同边界条件下的发展思路,提出了相应的解决策略。
In the period of 13th Five-year plan of Hubei power grid,the electric power shortage still increases along with the increasing power load.The construction schemes of UHV transmission lines and"Mongdong-Huazhong"heavy haul railway self-generation are not clear yet,which brings a chal-lenge to Hubei 500 kV power grid planning.In this article,development thoughts under different boundary conditions are discussed and relevant countermeasures are given.
