摘要 本文提出按用电量大小及窃电危害程度,将所有用户防窃电级别分为四级;以电能计量装置为核心,按防范效果将各种智能防窃电技术分为五级。每类用户都能对号入座,选择合适的智能防窃电方案,具有很强的实用性。 In this paper according to the electricity consumption and the harm degree of electricity stealing,anti stealing level of all users is divided into four levels;taking electric energy metering device as the core,intelligent preventing electricity-stealing technologies are divided into five levels by effect classification.Appropriate preventing electricity-stealing plans can be selected for every level of users,which have great practicability.
