摘要 本文介绍了华能某电厂一期工程2×350 MW超临界直流锅炉启动、吹管及煤水比等调试特点,分析了超临界直流锅炉调试过程中磨煤机入口风量标定、优化燃油系统蒸汽管道及疏水阀安装位置、磨煤机启动振动大和过热器超温等问题,并提出调试解决方案,为超临界机组调试积累了经验。 The paper presents main design characteristics of 350 MW ultra-supercritical once-through boiler including starting up,pipe-blowing and coal-water ratio etc,which is Unit No.1Huaneng Power PlantⅠPhase 2×350 MW projects.It analyzes the Mill inlet air flow calibration,optimizes fuel system steam piping,determines suitable trap mounting location,solutes strong mill start vibration and superheater over-temperature,and suggest the solution for the problems.These experiences for could be references for similar units commissioning.
