摘要
本文以某电厂新建2×150MW发电机组为例,阐述通过空间预留及方案优化,采用汽车吊与一台桥式起重机抬吊的方式完成定子吊装任务,可大幅节约吊装成本。同时,考虑到除氧器布置在除氧间较高位置,无法直接吊装就位,需要使用轨道拖运,故将除氧器拖运轨道与定子拖运轨道综合考虑,能够进一步节省材料。结果表明:通过优化大件吊装施工方案,可以大幅节约施工成本。
Based on a new 2×150MW electric generator case,this paper introduced a space reservd and optimized scheme by utilizing a mobile crane and a bridge type crane to lift the generator's stator.The proposed scheme can be substantially cost saving.Also,concerning the deaerator is arranged at a higher position in the deaerator bay,it needs to use the rail and can not be lifted directly,Therefore,the author gave an overall consideration of both the deaerator's and the stator's hauling rails.The result showed that the scheme could further save the material and simultaneously save the construction cost significantly.
