一种等电位更换单联双软母线耐张绝缘子工具的研发与应用

The Development and Application on a Potential Tool Used to Replace Tension Insulator on the Double Soft Bus

单联耐张绝缘子在长期运行中不可避免地出现劣化或闪络,危及母线的安全运行,因此必须及时检修更换。本文介绍了一种等电位更换单联双软母线耐张绝缘子工具的研发与应用,新工具设计合理,使用方便,可操作性强,解决了变电站220kV、110kV单联双软母线在不停电方式下开展等电位更换耐张绝缘子的难题。

In the long run,single union tension insulator will inevitably occur degradation or flashover,which will certainly threaten the safety of the electric bus operation.Therefore,the tension insulator must be replaced and maintained periodically.In this paper,apotential tool used to replace the double soft bus tension insulator is introduced,its development and application process is researched.The proposed design is reasonable and easy to utilize in 220 kV and 110 kV project.
