摘要
在低压无功补偿柜的设计和制造中,电容器补偿支路有采用微型断路器作为保护器件的现象,将严重影响配电系统安全生产及供电可靠性。本文论述了低压无功补偿柜的功能和特点,比较了微型断路器和熔断器,给出了配电室的短路电流水平,分析了相对于微型断路器而言,低压无功补偿柜选用熔断器的原因,最后通过试验验证了使用微型断路器的后果。
In the design and manufacture of low voltage reactive power compensation cabinet,miniature circuit breaker is sometimes used as protective device for capacitor compensation branch,which causes safety loophole to power supply reliability in the distribution system.The functions and characteristics of reactive power compensation cabinet are discussed,miniature circuit breaker and fuse are compared,the short-circuit current level of substation is given,the reason why reactive power compensation cabinet chooses fuse is analyzed,and in the end,the result of using miniature circuit breaker in reactive power compensation cabinet is verified by experiments.
