摘要
随着中国经济持续增长,大电网向着远距离、超高压甚至特高压方向发展,网络规模日益庞大,结构日趋复杂。就在电力系统取得巨大联网效益的同时,也不得不承受着更大的潜在风险。近几年中国和世界范围内发生多起重大停电事件,表明电力系统中设备随机故障往往超出人力所能控制的范围,负荷大小也无法做到准确预测。电力系统风险评估应用研究,已受到电力界日益增长的关注。通过在当前输电线路参数测量技术发展的基础上提出一种全新的电力系统输电网络在线风险评估算法,使用该方法能计算出电力系统中各条线路的风险值进而得到整个系统的风险值,可为电力系统调度及电网规划提供依据。算例分析结果表明:该方法计算出的当前系统的风险值,与实际系统相符合,具有一定的合理性和有效性。
As China’s economy continues to grow,large power grids are developing towards long-distance,ultra-high voltage and even extra high voltage,and the network scale is becoming larger and the structure more complex. As the power system achieves huge networking benefits,it also has to bear greater potential risks. In recent years,a number of major power outages have occurred in China and around the world,indicating that the random failure of equipment in the power system is often beyond the control of human power,and the load size cannot be accurately predicted. The applied research of power system risk assessment has attracted increasing attention from the power industry. Based on the development of transmission line parameter measurement technology,this paper presents a new online risk assessment algorithm for power system transmission network. This method can be used to calculate the risk value of each line in the power system and then get the risk value of the whole system,which can provide a basis for power system dispatching and power network planning. The result of example analysis shows that the risk value of the current system calculated by use of the proposed method is consistent with the actual system and has certain rationality and effectiveness.
