摘要
"十三五"期间,为配合对侧新(扩)建变电站改造工程,国电汉川发电有限公司进行了220 kV线路保护光纤化改造工程。介绍了改造工程中二次回路的优化改进、考虑旁代需求的保护选型等若干技术问题及解决方案,可为相关工程改造提供参考。
During the 13 th Five-Year Plan period,220 kV fiber-based line protection transformation project wascarriedoutinHanchuanPowerPlanttocoordinatewiththenew(expansion)substationreconstructionproject on the opposite side. This paper introduces some technical problems and solutions such as the optimization and improvement of the secondary circuit in the retrofit project,the protection selection considering the needs of bypass substitution and so on,which provides a reference for the relevant engineering transformation.
