试论地质队伍的社会化

摘要 地质队伍的社会化,是地质工作体制改革的一项重要内容。本文试图从理论上来研究地质队伍社会化的依据和实现形式以及应注意的问题。作者认为,地质队伍的社会化是社会化大生产和有计划商品经济的必然要求,是消除小生产方式影响、搞活地质工作、搞好改革的需要。其实现形式可分为两种类型和三个方面,即:地矿部门、行业及单位工作过程中的内部社会化和外部社会化;地质工作总过程中生产资料的社会化、劳动过程的社会化和工作成果的社会化。 Geological teams' socialization is one important contents of reform of geological management system. This writing ideologically discussed the basis, realization forms of the socialization of geological teams. The problems which may will be come across in this course are also dealt with. In author's opinion, the socialization of geological teams is the natural demand of socialised large scale production and scheduled commodity economy. It is needed for active geological work and reform. It will be advantageous for the elimination of the effect of backward production mode. Two types in three aspects of the realization forms are summarised up, namely: the internal and external socialization in the works of geological departments, professions and units; the socialization of production means, labour courses and achievements in the general course of geological work.
