本科研著作包括正文和案例两部分,正又含“矿床经济评价综述”和“地质经济效果的研究”,案例为10个鞍山式磁铁矿床的经济评价报告。本著作比较全面地评述了国内外有关矿床经济评价的原则、评价参数、评价指标及其评价方法。对自然参数、政治经济参数、价格参数和经营参数等评价参数,对年利润,总利润、净现值和投资收益率等评价指标,对类比法、数理统计法和直接计算法等评价方法进行了详细阐述。通过对10个详勘磁铁矿床地质经济效果的分析研究指出,矿产资源利用率低,大量勘探资金积压;勘探周期长,重复工作多,人、财、物浪费严重;勘探网度过密,高级储量过多,勘探深度过深;钻探工程质量差等是矿床勘探中值得严重注意的问题。要以加强勘探阶段和进行矿山建设之前的可行性研究;按照地质规律、地质工作规律和经济规律办事;注意研究合理的勘探深度和网度;推广和运用新技术和新方法;努力提高地质工作质量,加快地质行业管理体制改革的步伐为主要途径,方百计提高地质经济效果。反映地质工作过程和结果的指标;反映地质勘探投资效果的指标;反映地质勘探资金积压的指标是评价地质经济效果指标体系的三个子体系。为了正确评价地质经济效果,结束语中提出如何确定各种矿产的合理储备、地质勘探合理的超前期如何确定等8个需待深入探讨的问题。

Two parts, text and case, are included in the scientific works. The 《A Summary Prospective and Economical Evaluation》 and 《 Study of Geologic and Economic Effect》 are embraced in the text. Ten economic reparts of Anshan model magnetic deposits are included in the case. The works oversidedly discuissed the principles of the relevent depositary and economic evaluations, evaluation parameters,evaluation targets,and evaluation methods at home andabroad. Detailed exposition was made in evaluation parameters as natural parameter, potitical economical parameter, management parameter etc., in evaluation targets as year profit, sum profit, net current value, investment income etc., and in evaluation methods as mathematical statistics, direct calculation etc., Through analysis and research into geologic and economic effect of four magnetic deposits which have been prospected minutely, the works putout that numbers problems merit attention particularly in depositive Prospect, such as low utilization ratio in minerals resources, long period in prospect, many reapting in work, heavy waste in manpower material and capacity; prospective network of excessive dense, high-grade reserves far more, excess of prospective depth; drilling engeneering quality no good etc. To raise geologic and economic effect by every possible ways,the main ways should be followed: strengthen the study of feasibility in prospecting stage and before constructing mine; act according to geologic law geologic work law and economic law; pay attention to study reasonable prospecting depth and density of network; spread advanced technology and new method; quicken step of management system reform of geologic profession. Three sub-systems evaluating targets system in geologic and economic effect are the targets reflecting the process and result of geologic work, reflecting the investment returns of geologic prospect and reflecting the loss in overstock of geologic prospecting fund. In order to correctly evaluate geologic and econmic effect, the author put forward eight problems in concluding remarks, which should deeply discuss, such as how to reasonably determine reserves of various minerals, how to determine reasonable exceed earlier stage of geologic prospect etc.
