摘要
作者根据从事宣化城市建筑工程地质勘试经验和对收集到的勘试资料的分析,较系统地对宣化城市建筑工程地质条件进行了研究,并依据宣化城区浅层土体结构和持力层的物理力学性质特征,结合地貌、水文地质条件以及持力层土体对建筑物适应性的不同特点,将宣化城区及附近建筑区分为三个工程地质区,两个亚区和二个地段。研究认为:宣化城区大部分地区,工程地质条件较简单,适于规划兴建各种类型中高层建筑;城区北部及城北、城东为黄土分布区,应注意该类土的湿陷性可能造成的危害,城区南部及城南、城西地区,持力层多为承载力较低的饱水粘性土与含淤泥土、粉细砂层,只能做中低层楼房的天然地基,对大型或中高层建筑宜采用桩基或用其它方法进行地基处理。各区不同的工程地质特征可作为宣化城市规划和建筑物设计布局的依据。
According to the experience of the engineering geological investigation of the urban construction and the analysis of the fruit obtained in the nvestigations and tests,the author studied systematically the engineering geological condition of the urban construction in Xuanhua.On the basis of the mechanical character and the texture of the shallow soil and bearing strata,connecting with their different charactors in geomorphic and hydrogeological conditions and the adaptability of the bearing strata to constructions,the author divided the building area and nearing one into three zones of engineering geology,two subzones and two sections. it is considered that the engineering geological conditions of the most part of Xuanhua,are simple and suitable to planning and building all types of high and medium-sized buildings.The harm caused by collapsibility of loess which situates in the north and east part of the city must be payed attention to.As the bearing stratum consists of saturated clay,munddy soil and fine silt of low bearing capacity in the south and west part of the city,these parts can be only used as natural foundation of medium-sized and low buildings,but it is necessary to adopt piles or other treatments for stately and medium-sized buildings. The different characters of engineering geology in each zone can be considered as a datum of the civil plan and building distribution in Xuanhua.
