对生产力要素和生产力规律之浅见

A Note on the Key Elements and Laws of Productive Forces

生产力二、三要素论,已不能概括现代生产力要素的全部内容。根据当代社会生产力的实际情况,有人提出社会生产力的多要素论。生产力系统论比生产力因素论有更多的优点,它能更全面、更深刻地反映现代生产力的内涵和特征,对建立生产力经济学的理论和方法,具有重要意义。目前,国内经济学界对生产力规律问题持有不同看法。本文作者认为生产力规律不是自然规律而是经济规律;生产力发展的基本规律应该是低耗高效规律;生产力规律体系有待于进一步概括和总结。

The whole content of the key elements of modern productive forcesv can no longer be explained nowadays with the two-or three-key element theories, Poly-key element theory, therefore, has been put forward. The system theory of productive forces possesses more advantages than the element theory due to its all-sidedness and profundity in reflecting the connotation and characteristics of modern productive forces. It is of significance for the establishment of theories and methods of productive force economics. With regard to the laws of productive forces some different views exist now in domestic field of economics. The present writer holds the opinion that productive forces law is not natural law but economic law; the basic Iaw of productive forces should be a low cost-high effect law and the system of productive forces law is waitting for further summarization.
