摘要
三峡电厂检修项目管理系统,是在三峡电厂已经成功实施的企业资产管理系统ePMS的基础上,通过技术手段,在ePMS系统的技术框架体系内,实现了标准项目管理软件的功能,在一套系统中融合了企业资产管理和项目管理两种管理理念,较好地满足了电力企业以冬修为代表的大型检修项目管理的需要。
The management system about maintenance project of TGHP(Three Gorges Hydropower Plant) is worked out based on the framework of enterprise assets management system ePMS applied in TGHP,the functions of project management and assets management are comprised in this new management system which could meet the requirement of large project maintenance management.
