摘要
湖北省电力勘测设计院有限公司院根据国家行业政策、自身条件、市场机遇等因素,确定了企业战略转型落地。围绕工程总承包战略转型采取了:现状诊断及分析、明确战略定位、实行专业化发展和管理、建立项目经营与实施一体化机制等多项举措,从而解放了企业生产力,增强了企业的核心竞争力。
Considering the national industrial policies,current conditions of the company and market opportunities,a strategy transformation is implemented in Powerchina Hubei Electric Engineering Corporation to the general contracting mode.To realize the transformation,various measures are taken,such as the analysis of current situations,definition of the strategic position,implementation of specialized development and management,and establishment of the integrated operation and implementation mechanism of projects.With these measures,the productivity of the company is emancipated and the core competitiveness is improved.
