摘要 平衡重系统钢丝绳张拉挂载是向家坝升船机调试过程中关键技术。钢丝绳张拉挂载分三批进行,并需与平衡重井侧的平衡重块腾空配合进行。深入研究钢丝绳挂载方案的影响因素与方案比选、挂载的准备与挂载顺序、挂载与平衡重块腾空技术、数据监测及挂载后的配平等,通过精心实施,取得了预期结果。 The stretching and loading of the wire rope in the ship lift counterweight system is a key step of the commissioning process of the Xiangjiaba ship lift.The stretching and loading of the wire rope is conducted in three batches and together with the hoisting of the counterweight blocks.Thus,a detailed study is carried out on the stretching and loading techniques to get the influencing factors,loading schemes,loading preparation work,loading sequence,hoisting technique of the counterweight blocks,data monitoring and post-loading balancing techniques.With the proposed techniques,the practical stretching and loading process is completed satisfactorily.
