摘要
水轮发电机组转子绝缘降低故障会严重影响水电站的正常运行。究其原因有:转子受潮、集电环室滑环碳粉堆积、漏水或冷凝水进入转子中、转子线圈端部积油污及导电性粉尘、转子线圈绝缘材料老化等。经采取相应措施,可以有效防止发电机转子绝缘降低现象,确保机组长周期安全、稳定运行。
The insulation reduction fault in generator rotors could seriously affect the normal operation of hydropower stations.Analysis shows that the problem could be induced by different reasons,such as the excessive dampness,carbon powder accumulation on the slip rings,entrance of the leak water or condensation water into the rotor,oil or conductive dust contamination at the end of rotor coils,and aging of the rotor coil insulation materials.Then,treatment measures are proposed,which could effectively prevent the insulation reduction and ensure the safe and stable operation of the generator units.
