滚刀的铲磨是滚刀制造的关键工序,本文根据已知的滚刀切削刃,推导了计算铲磨滚刀用的砂轮轴向廓形的公式。这项工作可使滚刀的铲磨过程简化。

The relief grinding of hob is a critical process in production of hob. According to the known edge of hob,this paper derived the formulas for calculating the axial profile of grinding wheel which is used to the relief grinding of hob and may simplify the grinding procedure of hob.
