摘要
本文介绍修正法设计计数器是在二进制计数器的基础上修正驱动方程,从而得到N进制计数器。
A new method for designing counter has been introduced here.This method, based on the binary counter,is used to modify the driving equation,and then the scale of N counter is obtained.
