摘要 当前中国工业锅炉多为人工控制,稳定性与精度不高,在此结合某工厂大型热油锅炉系统使用PLC与触摸屏对热油锅炉进行改造的流程、工作原理及程序设计,兼采用PID控制为主体、多种控制方式并存的控制策略,构建了锅炉的自控系统,使锅炉处于最佳的燃烧状态,保证锅炉的安全经济运行。 Industrial boilers in China are of enormous quantity,widely-used and mostly manual control,and its stability and accuracy is not high.This paper,combined with a large thermal oil boiler system based on a factory,introduces the transformation process,working principles and program design of the application of PLC and touch screen for hot oil boiler as well as the control strategy of adopting PID control as the main body and coexisting with a variety of control modes.Building automatic control system of the boiler,boiler combustion state is at its best.Ensuring the safe and economic operation of boilers is an inevitable trend.
