皖北地方高校大学生择业观调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of Local University Students' Job-Choosing View in Northern Anhui

择业观不仅影响大学生的就业,而且也体现了大学生的自我定位。笔者对皖北地方高校在校大学生进行了调查,分析了皖北地方高校大学生目前的择业现状,并从大学生自身和学校两个角度分析了造成这种现象的原因。针对这些问题,提出大学生要不断提升自己的综合能力,调整自己的择业心态,做好职业生涯规划设计,要加强对在校生和毕业生的就业指导等措施来提升大学生的就业能力。

The concept of career not only affects the employment of college students,but also reflects the university student self- positioning. The author conducted a survey to the local university undergraduates in Wanbei,analysis of the current job-choosing situation,and the causes of this phenomenon from the perspective of the students themselves and the school. For these problems,college students have to constantly improve their comprehensive ability to adjust their career mentality,good career planning and design,to strengthen the career guidance and other measures to enhance the employability of students and undergraduates.
