摘要
大学生找兼职工作主要途径是通过中介机构联系,因此当前中介机构侵犯兼职大学生权益的情形屡见不鲜。很多用工单位把兼职大学生仅仅当作廉价劳动力使用,当前社会上用工单位侵犯兼职大学生权益的情形还是比较多的。高校兼职指导机构应该加强对大学生兼职的管理和指导以及对兼职大学生权益的保障。兼职大学生要提高法律意识来有效维护自身合法权益。
