浅谈高校电子化采购

E-procurement in Colleges and Universities

随着高校规模的迅速扩大和电子商务的兴起,电子化采购成为各个高校仪器设备采购的建设重点。本文以高校电子化采购为研究对象探讨适合高校的电子化采购模式,结合实际高校的实际来研究高校电子化采购所面临的瓶颈问题,并提出相应的对策,旨在提高高校采购效能,促进电子化采购在高校的应用。

With the rise of the rapid expansion of the scale of universities and e- commerce,e- procurement has become key equipment purchases in each university construction. In this paper,the writer explores electronic procurement mode suitable for universities and colleges,which is electronic procurement as the research object. The paper studies the electronic procurement bottlenecks with the actual situations in colleges and universities,and puts forward to the corresponding countermeasures,aims at improving the effectiveness of procurement universities,promotes electronic procurement application in universities.
